What are press-on nails?
Tina’s Touch press-ons are handmade nail sets you apply at home. Think of them as little pieces of wearable art: convenient, beautifully detailed and reusable with proper care.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. How long they last and how often you can wear them depends on your application, gentle removal and care. Store them safely between wears.
How do I know what size to order?
Sizing is required after checkout and before creation. Virtual sizing setup is being finalized; please contact Tina before ordering to confirm how to submit your measurements.
Do I have to complete virtual sizing?
Yes. Accurate sizing is required before I can begin making your set. Please complete it after purchasing so your order can move forward.
How does virtual sizing work?
The planned experience uses your phone camera to scan your nails alongside a specified coin or reference object and send measurements directly to Tina. The connection is being finalized; contact Tina for current sizing instructions.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each set is handmade, so production time varies with the design and order volume. Your set can only be started after sizing is complete. For the current processing estimate, please contact Tina before ordering.
Can I customize a design?
Absolutely. Explore Customs to choose a tier and begin a design that feels like you.
Can you recreate a set from Pinterest or another artist?
Inspiration photos are welcome, but I won’t make an exact copy of another artist’s work. We’ll use what you love about the inspiration to create something original, with a Tina’s Touch twist.
Can I change the length or shape?
Yes. Choose Short, Medium or Long, and Almond, Square, Stiletto or Coffin on the product page. Availability depends on the set.
What comes with my nail set?
Every nail set includes an application kit. Inside: Nail glue, sticky tabs, cuticle oil, an alcohol prep pad, a buffer, a mini file and a cuticle pusher.
Does the Application Kit include nails?
No. The separately sold Application Kit contains application supplies only — no nail set. All nail sets already include an application kit.
How do I remove my press-ons?
Never pull or force nails off. Soak in warm soapy water with a little oil, gently loosen the edges and repeat if needed. For glue, follow the adhesive or remover’s instructions; some solvents can damage reusable artwork. Ask Tina about Glue Removal if you need help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Can I return or exchange my nails?

What if my nails don’t fit?
Complete your virtual sizing carefully and follow every instruction. If your set doesn’t fit, email Tina with your order details and photos. The final sizing-issue policy is being confirmed.
Do you offer refunds?
The final refund policy is being confirmed. Contact Tina before purchasing if you need clarification.
How do custom orders work?
Choose Just Enough (from $50), Somewhere In Between (from $60), or Beyond the Basics (from $70). Once custom purchasing is available, purchase your tier and complete sizing. Tina contacts you by email for a consultation, creates a mock-up and waits for your final approval before making and shipping your set. Every custom includes an application kit.
Can I subscribe to receive nails every month?
Your monthly nail moment is coming: two sets each month, an application kit and a little subscriber surprise, at a discounted subscription price compared with buying the sets individually. Subscription enrollment and pricing will be announced when available.
How can I earn rewards?
Pretty little perks are on their way for purchases, coming back for another set, referrals and potentially reviews. Specific rewards and point values will be announced when the program opens.
